Our Services
Structural Design — New Builds & Additions
Complete structural engineering for new homes, extensions and major alterations. We work from DA stage through to construction documentation, coordinating with architects and builders throughout.
Difficult Sites & Challenging Terrain
Engineering for steep, constrained, or geotechnically complex sites including cliff-edge and escarpment locations, reactive soils and sites requiring pile or caisson foundations.
Coastal & Bushfire Structural Engineering
Structural design and certification for coastal exposure conditions (C4 and C5) and bushfire attack levels up to and including BAL-FZ. We understand the intersection of AS3959 bushfire requirements and coastal durability specifications.
Retaining Walls & Pool Structures
Design and certification of retaining walls, swimming pool structures and associated civil works. We provide the documentation required by councils and certifiers across all Central Coast and Northern Beaches LGAs.
Footings & Foundation Design
Footing design for all site conditions including reactive soils, rock, fill and coastal sand. We work closely with geotechnical consultants where required and produce footing documentation suitable for council submission and construction.
Class 2, 9b & 9c Buildings
Structural engineering for multi-residential, commercial and public buildings including aged care, community facilities and Class 9b assembly buildings.
Structural Inspections & Reports
Pre-purchase structural inspections, dilapidation surveys, condition reports and structural defect investigations. Reports are prepared to a professional standard suitable for legal, insurance and council purposes.
Heritage Structure Assessment
Structural assessment and engineering for heritage-listed and older buildings, including remediation design and documentation for council approval.
