•       Class 9b and 9c — community, assembly and aged care facilities

How We Work

Thitchener Consulting operates on a direct, collaborative basis. We do not outsource work or use offshore documentation. All engineering is done by an experienced registered structural engineer — not delegated to a junior with minimal oversight.

We prefer to be engaged early in a project, before the design is locked in, so that structural advice can influence the design rather than constrain it. We work closely with architects, building designers and builders on an ongoing basis, and maintain long-term working relationships with a small number of trusted consultants and contractors.

Professional Indemnity & Insurance

Thitchener Consulting holds professional indemnity insurance as required for registered structural engineering practice in NSW.
